Customers equipment can be managed here. Customers will be verified and onboarded by the coordinator. If they are existing customers the mobile number given in visitor profile is validated and will be onboarded automatically. Users can go through the product details and raise a query as a visitor.
The app will be used for capturing all the technical parameters and updating checklists of machines in the service report. The service report will be in digital form. Capturing various photographs and attachment of scanned documents can be done from the app. Maintenance history of every equipment and dashboards can be accessed. Sales Engineers use for new equipment sales activities with meeting report capturing enquiry details and status update.
